For Steve Earl, local farmers and producers are vital to La Bimba maintaining its seasonal, ethical and sustainable menu. Closing the doors during the heart of an Apollo Bay winter is a necessity for La Bimba to replenish itself. During this time a renovation of brand, aesthetic and interior took place. With the aim to epitomise these core values and beliefs, which had been enriched in their food and carry this through the entire restaurant.

The Outcome

The Outcome—

Our task was to align the brand, seasonal menu, personality, and interior to create an honest and humbling brand which reflected Steve’s vision. Working with architect James Goodlet of Altereco and Steve himself, the outcome is a cohesive restaurant which has thrived upon reopening its doors.
